Here you will find some information about the process for commissioning my work. If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to contact me!
-
First, contact me via email or through the webpage contact sheet. The more information you can provide, the better! I’ll follow up within a few days to setup an initial meeting to discuss more details, budget expectations, and answer any other questions about the process.
-
In our initial meeting, I’ll ask for you to provide anything that will help provide inspiration: pictures of your space or furniture you already own, and other creative sources of inspiration.
Once we are aligned to move forward from our initial meeting, I will request up to a $500 design fee to develop initial sketches and renderings of options. As the design matures, a final 3D rendering of the project will be provided. Once we have settled on the design and materials, construction will begin.
-
Certainly! If you are interested in a piece that I have already build, possibly with small changes, I would happily recreate it for you. Let me know, and I can provide a cost estimate.
-
The initial design fee is (up to) $500. A final price will be provided at the end of the design phase. After design approval, a 50% (less the design fee) installment payment is due prior to starting work on your project. The final 50% is due prior do delivery or shipment. Payment methods include bank-to-bank transfers, check, or credit card (plus applicable fees).
-
This depends on the size of the project and position within the queue of other on-going work. Typically, a project will take 10 to 16 weeks after final agreement on the design and initial installment payment.
-
I prefer to deliver my furniture myself whenever possible, but alternatively I can arrange shipment in the US through a high quality shipping service. If you desire delivery, please let me know, and I will include a cost estimate.
